Co-Founder & Performance Coach
Erin Johnson brings more than a decade of experience in cheerleading, STUNT, and gymnastics as an athlete, coach, and administrator. A co-founder of Hit Zero Performance, she recognized the need for structured strength and conditioning designed specifically around the unique physical demands of cheerleading and has worked to establish a higher standard for athlete development, safety, and performance.
As a collegiate athlete at Oklahoma City University, Erin was a three-time All-American and two-time National Champion, earning team national titles in both DII and NAIA competition. Her experience in STUNT extends beyond coaching: from 2019–2021, she served USA Cheer and STUNT as STUNT Director of Games Administration, leading national team recruitment and founding the Oklahoma STUNT Officials Association. After serving as Head STUNT Coach at Oklahoma City University, Erin was named Head Cheer and STUNT Coach at Southern Nazarene University in 2025.
At Hit Zero Performance, Erin combines her technical knowledge and competitive experience with progressive strength and conditioning to help flyers, tumblers, and bases develop greater stability, power, and resilience. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes athlete education, purposeful progression, and building the physical foundation needed to perform at a high level while reducing injury risk and supporting long-term athletic development.
